Last updated: May 2026These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of DropKit, a collection of Claude Skill files for Shopify operators, sold by DropKit ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using DropKit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

1. What You Are Buying
DropKit is a digital download: a folder of structured prompt files ("Skills") designed for use inside Claude Projects. You are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these files for your own commercial or non-commercial Shopify operations.
2. Licence
Upon purchase you are granted a perpetual licence to:
- Use the Skills inside Claude Projects for any number of Shopify stores you personally own or manage.
- Modify the Skill files for your own internal use.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicence, share, or redistribute the Skill files to any third party.
- Include the Skill files in any commercial product or service you sell to others.
- Upload the Skill files to any public repository or file-sharing service.
3. Digital Product — No Physical Delivery
DropKit is delivered electronically by email link after payment confirmation. There is no physical product. No installation service or ongoing support subscription is included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated.
4. Updates
We intend to ship updated Skill files to all existing buyers at no additional cost. We do not guarantee a specific update schedule. Updates are provided as a goodwill benefit and do not form part of the original purchase contract.

6. Third-Party Services
DropKit Skills are designed for use with Anthropic's Claude AI service. Your use of Claude is governed by Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy, which are independent of DropKit. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic or Shopify.
7. No Guarantee of Results
DropKit provides prompt templates. The output generated by Claude when using these Skills depends on many factors outside our control, including your product information, Claude's model version, and your usage. We make no guarantee of specific revenue outcomes, conversion rates, or business results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DropKit's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our product shall not exceed the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
The Skill files, their structure, and all associated copy remain the intellectual property of DropKit. Purchase grants a licence to use them — it does not transfer ownership.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. Material changes will be noted with a revised "Last updated" date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where DropKit is operated.
