If you purchase DropKit and it doesn't save you time, email support@trydropkit.com within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No questions required — though we'd love to hear what didn't work so we can improve.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@trydropkit.com with:
- The email address you used to purchase.
- Your order / payment confirmation (optional, but speeds things up).
- A brief note on what didn't work for you (optional — this is feedback, not a condition).
We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Refund Window
The 14-day window starts on the date of your purchase confirmation email. Requests received after 14 days from that date are outside our standard guarantee period. We will consider late requests on a case-by-case basis — if something went genuinely wrong, email us anyway.
Digital Product — No Return Required
Because DropKit is a digital download, there is nothing to return. Approving your refund does not require you to delete the files — though your licence to use them is revoked upon refund.
Chargebacks
We strongly prefer to resolve any issues directly before a chargeback is filed. If you have a problem with your purchase, please email us first at support@trydropkit.com. We will make it right.
